Indian family looking for helper to start immediately

I am looking for a helper to start working with my family from November 1st. Family Details:

I live with my husband and 3 year old boy. My sister often stays with us as well. So it's effective a family of 3 adults and 1 child. My parents visit us 4-6 months a year, so when they are around, there will be more work.

Primary responsibilities:

Child Care:

The most important responsibility is to take care of my child: cleaning, bathing, feeding him, bringing him back from school, playing with him, feeding him dinner and putting him to sleep.

Cooking:

I also need someone who has experience in cooking and take care of the household. Ideally someone who is able to follow recipes or videos and cook for us. I will provide the meal plan, menus and recipes. We are open to eating a variety of cusines - Indian, Western, Asian etc.

Dietary Restrictions: We are non-vegetarians and include chicken, fish and eggs in our diet 4-5 times a week.

Household Chores:

Keeping the house clean and tidy and in order.

I am looking for someone trustworthy, responsible and patient to take care of my son. My family is very friendly and we will treat you as one of our own.

Previous employer references are mandatory - I would like to talk to at least one previous employer
