Indian family looking for helper

Summary about us:

We are husband and wife from Delhi, India, working full time, with 1.5 and 3.5 years old daughters. Main responsibilities include kids care, housekeeping and cooking. kids go to full day care, so helper is responsible for managing their routine, dropping and picking them up and keeping them engaged for the time they are at home. I am vegetarian but kids and husband are non vegetarian (egg, chicken, fish and mutton only)

We are looking for someone who loves young kids, has experience in managing 2 young kids independently, and independent in managing her work. experience in Indian household is preferred.

We live in a 3 bedroom condo with a separate room and bathroom for the helper.
