Indian family looking for helper

We are an Indian family of 3 occasional non vegetarians. We have a 4 year old very sweet and friendly daughter. We have 3bhk and a car. We both are working so we are looking for someone who can 1. Have worked with Indian family before 2. Know how to cook Indian food or happy to learn 3. Take very good care of our daughter And give her lots of love 4. Can keep house clean and organised at all times 5. Is soft spoken And respectable towards everyone 6. Our parents come and stay with us for 1-2 months so should be ok 7. Can do grocery shopping 8. We are not looking for a bossy helper. We are happy to accommodate someone who talks with respect. I will share a weekly time table And expect the helper to follow it so there is no scope of confusion around what needs to be done.
