Indian family looking for helper

About Us:​Indian family of 3 (2 adults + 15-month-old baby) based in Singapore.

​Start Date: Around May-June 2026.

​Our Goal: We are looking for a dedicated individual who wants to grow with our family long-term, not someone looking for a short-term stay or to "hop" between employers.

​Key Requirements:

High Energy & Interaction: Must be active and genuinely enjoy interacting with children. We need someone who will engage our daughter, play with her, and keep up with a toddler’s energy levels.

​High Standards of Hygiene: Must be extremely clean and meticulous, especially regarding baby items, kitchen hygiene, and general household organization.

​Discipline & Attention to Detail: We value someone who follows instructions carefully and takes pride in doing a thorough job without being reminded.

​Independence & Reliability: Must be able to manage chores, laundry planning, and grocery shopping on your own.

​Communication: Good English is essential. You must be able to speak up if you are unsure and not just say "yes" to everything.​Cooking: Responsible for daily meal planning and cooking for 2 adults and the baby.

​Character: Honest, reliable, and strictly no lying.

​Responsibilities:​Full household management (cleaning, laundry, organization).​Daily cooking and market trips.​Sending/fetching our daughter from childcare and attending to her needs.

​House Rules:​Privacy: Strictly no posting of employer/family on social media. No TikTok or Facebook Live at home.

​Phone Usage: Personal phone usage only after working hours.

​What We Provide:​Privacy: Own room (no sharing).
