Indian family with toddler + infant need transfer helper

Hi we are a family with 1 toddler and 1 newborn and are looking for a transfer helper to start within one month. Requirements as below 1. Primary responsibility is caring for toddler and newborn - Helper must have experience for caring for infant and toddler. 2. Must be willing and able to cook simple dishes by following recipes 3. Must be able to drop/pickup toddler from school by bus or stroller (10 mins walk), take to the playground and for playdates. 4. Must follow given schedule and complete work without supervision 5. English is mandatory for better communication between helper and us 6. Prefer no dietary restrictions. 7. Must have a positive attitude and show initiative in the household responsibilities. 8. Phone usage only allowed after work hours 9. Prefer to have completed contracts and we need reference from any one previous employer
