Japanese family looking for transfer or contracting end maid

We are a Japanese family looking for a transfer or contract ending maid. The current maid has her own family issue and needs to go back to her country urgently. Duties and Responsibilities:

• General household cleaning (sweeping, mopping, laundry, ironing)

• Meal preparation and basic cooking

• Grocery shopping and household errands

• Childcare support

• Assisting with daily household organization

• Any other reasonable household-related duties as instructed by the employer

Working Hours:

• As mutually agreed, in accordance with Singapore MOM regulations

• Weekly rest day provided according to agreement

Employment Terms:

• Employment is subject to a valid Work Permit (Foreign Domestic Worker) issued by the Singapore Ministry of Manpower

• Employment may be continued, suspended, or resumed subject to immigration and regulatory requirements

• Either party may terminate employment in accordance with the agreed notice period and MOM regulations
