Location: Singapore Family Structure: 2 Adults, 1 Toddler (Age 4), 1 Newborn (due 2026). Special Requirements: Periodic grandparent visits (2–3 months total/year); Expert meal planning and diverse cooking skills. 1. Core Culinary Responsibilities Meal Planning & Budgeting: Independently create weekly meal plans that balance the dietary needs of growing children, adults, and visiting grandparents. Manage grocery lists and marketing within a set budget. International Cuisine: Prepare high-quality daily meals across multiple cuisines: Japanese, European, American, Korean, and Thai. Baking Skills (Preferred): Ability to bake fresh bread, healthy snacks for children, or simple desserts is highly valued. Kitchen Hygiene: Maintain a professional-grade kitchen, ensuring all tools and surfaces are sanitized and inventory is organized. 2. Childcare & Multi-Generational Support Infant Care: Assist with newborn routines (feeding, sterilization with sterlizing machine, diapering). Toddler Engagement: Supervise the 4-year-old’s daily activities, school runs, and educational play. Hospitality for Elders: During the 2–3 months per year that grandparents visit, provide additional meal service and light support to ensure their comfort. 3. Household Management & Diligence Independent Upkeep: Perform all housekeeping, laundry, and ironing for the family with minimal supervision. Proactive Maintenance: A "self-starter" approach to household tasks, ensuring the home is organized and efficient at all times. 4. Compensation & Legal Terms (Singapore 2026) Salary: Can be discussed, reflecting the high-level culinary and baking skills required. Rest Days: One mandatory rest day per month that cannot be compensated with pay. All other Sundays off (or compensated with an extra day's pay if the helper agrees to work).
