Local family looking for helper (single storey landed house)

We are a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children aged 10 (girl), 6 (boy) and 4 (boy)). One of the parents travels a lot and thus we are looking for help at home.

We eat healthy and are a local family but have lived overseas a lot (one parent is British, the other Singaporean).

We live in a single story landed house near Orchard. Our house is 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (~2500 sqft). We have a garden (~4000sqft) outside. We don't have a helper's room, so you will be using one of the 4 bedrooms. However please note the room is large and therefore we will also be using it to keep some of our things in addition to you using it as your room. We only have two bathrooms so you will share this with our 10 year old girl.
