We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Domestic Helper to join our family on a temporary basis. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled individual who can provide not only household support but also engage in child tutoring and development. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting our child’s academic journey by offering basic tutoring that aligns with their personalized learning progress, while also ensuring that the focus remains on fostering a love of learning rather than solely on grades. Key responsibilities include: Cultivating the child’s interests and hobbies, including drawing, music, and reading, in a relaxed learning environment that promotes exploration and independent thought. Helping establish good daily habits, focusing on regular routines, healthy eating, and personal hygiene. Teaching social etiquette, emotional management, and instilling a sense of responsibility in our child. Regularly communicating with parents about the child’s daily behavior, emotional state, and progress in areas of interest. Providing educational advice and supporting the creation of a growth plan tailored to the child’s needs. Encouraging self-care skills, creativity, and independent thinking in the child. To thrive in this role, the following skills and experiences are essential: Proficiency in English and additional languages such as Mandarin, and knowledge of various cuisines including Asian, Chinese, French, Italian, Japanese, Singaporean, and Western. Experience in tutoring, housekeeping, cooking, marketing, and grocery shopping. Competence in baking, car washing, computing, and overall housework. Demonstrated skills in swimming and child care, along with a basic understanding of first aid. Able to sew and cook dishes that include pork.
