Looking for a domestic helper who can cook and do childcare

We are a Singaporean family with one child. We are looking for someone who loves young children, preferably knows first aid and has experience in taking care of school going kid. My daughter is currently 3 years old. We work as professionals so we need someone to look after the little one at night and prepare her meals when she is home. Do housework in the day. I would like someone who works with little supervision, can converse in English. We also like someone who is experienced and cleans well. We would like someone who can organise things and is not afraid to do more without asking, just to ensure our living space is comfortable and clean. We can offer weekly day off but not for public holidays. If you work on your off day you will be compensated reaonably.
