Looking for a fun, energetic helper to work in a team of 2

We are a busy family of 6 with both parents working and 4 beautiful children: 3 boys (9yo, 7yo 4yo) and our bright toddler baby girl (2 years old).

We live in a 4 bedroom condo near Farrer Rd/ Botanic Gardens.

We already have a great, very friendly, diligent Filipino helper working with us, who has successfully worked in a team of 2 before, so we are looking for a second helper to work as equal pairing.

Key aspects about this opportunity

• Flexible on off-day. We offer 4 days off per month, but may need you to work some Sundays having Saturday off instead

• Fairly sharing all duties with the other helper: planning and cooking meals for children and adults, taking younger children to preschool and activities, independently and proactively organising play dates outside or around the condo after school, laundry, ironing, cleaning and general tidying and organisation of apartment (4 bed condo), some evening babysitting when they are asleep.

About you:

• Experience looking after families with 2+ energetic children up to 8 years old. Have strategies to help them get ready, eat their dinner and play gently without threats or shouting.
• Enjoy actively and creatively playing with young children (2-8 years old)- you would rather be playing and reading with the children than just washing dishes in the kitchen or tidying clothes.
• Physically fit to play and enjoy keeping up with active 2 and 4 year olds, push a double pram, walk to preschool.
• Previous experience (5+ years) with expat families in Singapore, with references and we can speak with your former employers.
• Safety focused, first aid course (we will arrange refresher) and comfortable being in the pool with children
• Good attention to detail and pride in keeping a tidy, organised household
