• Criteria for Candidates:

1. exclusively for direct transfers within Singapore; no agency
2. in-person interview at our residence following a successful video interview.
3. Experience with landed properties at least 2 yrs
4. At least one contract renewal is preferred.
5. Salary based on skills and experience.
6. Weekly off (weekends/weekdays: need help on some weekend): discuss at the interview.
7. Ability to use public transportations

• Key Responsibilities Include:

1. Maintaining hygiene, cleanliness, and organization within our home.
2. Efficiently managing general household chores following our life style (on time for kids schedule)
3. Cook and serve well: nutritious and balanced meals
4. attentive child care for our children only when needed
