Looking for a helper in SG

3 storey house

3 adults and 2 kids (but mostly 2 adults . Sometimes my nephews and sister come over to stay for a while. If not it will be 1 daughter 1 friend and 1 father) 

No pets for now. No sick elderly for now . 

1 to 2 cars to wash (not everyday. When its dirty and when weather is good)

Must know how to cook and plan meals

Must know how to do all housework professionally.  

Able to take care of kids (whenever kids come over)

Have your own room but sometimes we need to take snacks from your room( very seldom. You can sleep through the night . Cannot lock door.)

Must have initiatives and likes to clean or keep the house neat.

You need to climb up and down the stairs a few times a day. 

Able to do marketing is a plus.

We come back pretty late so best if you can sleep from 1030pm and wake up 7 or 730pm( might need to wake up early if we have events going on . Can sleep early if we have nothing much for you to do)

Off days and salary can be discussed further. 

Honest and trustworthy. 

No skimpy clothing or make up during work. 

4 bedrooms but only 2 occupied . Don't need to clean rooms everyday unless instructed or you can do your own planning. 

We like someone who will plan their duties themselves and constantly keep the house neat and tidy. No laziness or short cuts. 

No blackface or attitude problem when scolded .

You can use your phone but no playing loud music.  You need to know who comes in and out of the house especially at night. 

More requirements might come along the way in future but rest assure we will treat u like our family if you treat us like yours.
