Looking for a Long-Term, Committed Helper

We are a caring Singaporean family of 5 — 3 boys (8, 6, and 1 year old). The youngest is mainly looked after by my mother, so your main focus will be housekeeping, cooking, and supervising the older two boys to build good habits and independence (not spoiling them). I’m looking for someone who is: • Honest, respectful, cheerful, and easy to get along with • Helpful by nature and willing to go beyond your role when needed • Independent, takes initiative, quick and a fast learner • Loves children and can guide them well • Keeps the house clean and organised to a high standard • Respects family boundaries (parents make the decisions) Work & Living: • Mon–Fri 6:00 AM–8:00 PM, Sat–Sun 6:45 AM–8:00 PM • 1 Sunday off/month (more can be discussed) • Preferred: Stay at my mother’s nearby house (own room), must be able to cycle daily between houses — sometimes you may stay at our home when needed Benefits: • Caring, respectful family with clear expectations • Delicious meals from my mother (she’s a great cook!) • Learn Asian & Western cooking skills • Very cute and lovable kids ❤️ If you treat us well, we will treat you well.
