Looking for a loving mom to take care of my kids

We are looking for a second helper who can take care of my 3 months old baby. My first helper will be mainly tasked to do houseworks and cooking. She is from Myanmar and very nice and quiet. You will be handling kids, picking up my first child from child care and looking after 3 months old baby. I want someone who is loving and dedicated for children. Prefer a mother or at least with newborn experiences. You should be able to sing english songs with my kids and read storybooks to them while I am at work.
