Looking for a Patient, nurturing nanny for our children

We are a family of 2 adult, 2 children looking for a patient and loving nanny. Our children are 3 and 5 years old. The younger child is still learning to communicate so we would like a caregiver that cares and loves kids and is not impatient with them. Must also be able to work independently as parents have to travel for work regularly. We hope to welcome someone as part of our family who is independent and able to care well for our children. We encourage and support upskilling.
