Looking for an Experienced Helper for a South Indian Family

We are a South Indian family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children – one school-going, one infant). We are looking for a full-time live-in helper. I am a stay at home mom and will take care of the kids. Top Priorities Attitude (10/10) – must be kind, polite, respectful, and willing to learn. Cooking (main focus) – strong in Indian cooking (South & North Indian) and western ( I can always guide you through even if you are new to Indian cooking) can handle fresh, daily meals: Breakfast, school snack ready by 7AM Lunch ready by 9:30 AM Dinner by 6:30–7 PM Fresh dosa batter, paneer, yoghurt, chutneys, snacks for kids. No ready-made substitutes. Western basics (soups, pasta, bakes) a plus. Should manage kitchen fully: checking stock, keeping things clean, writing shopping needs. Cleaning– Daily cleaning, vacuum & mop Bathroom cleaning twice a week Deep cleaning as per schedule Car wash weekly. Other tasks – Marketing seafood, chicken, prawns when needed Help with kids occasionally (I am the main caregiver).
