Looking for caregiver for my elderly parents

I am seeking a compassionate and dedicated domestic helper to provide support for my elderly parents.

Info on my parents:

• They live by themselves, no children or pets in the household.
• My father has mild dementia, uses hearing aid
• There is already another live-in helper who lives with them.

I am looking for a helper who:

• Has experience caring for elderly individuals who has dementia. While nursing qualifications are not required, experience with this condition is a must.
• Can assist my father to the toilet during the night if he wakes and help him back to bed afterward.
• Is able to exercise a high level of hygiene both personally and when executing her duties.
• Can keep the apartment clean, buy groceries and cook meals.
• Is able to work with our other live-in helper to carry out all necessary duties, taking turns to do day and night shifts when necessary.
• Must already be residing in Singapore and working for a private employer. This is strictly a request for a transfer helper - candidates tied to agencies will not be considered.
• Possesses excellent English language skills for clear and effective communication with my parents.
• Exhibits kindness, patience, trustworthiness, and flexibility.
• Is available to start work as soon as possible.
