Looking for Domestic Helper to take care of the kids

I am looking for a domestic helper who loves kids and can interact and take care of my kids. Including sending and picking up my 2 year old daughter. I will also be having another baby(God Willing), so the helper will also need to take care of the baby when I return to work. Additionally, take care of the household, such as doing the groceries, cooking, cleaning, laundry. etc.
