Looking for experienced helper to manage our home

Hello,  we are looking for an experienced helper to manage our 3 storey landed house. We are a french-chinese speaking family of 3 (2 Adults + 5 months old boy) with a black cat. Your main responsibilities will be managing our home, ensuring cleanliness is at top standard. You should be:

1. Have high personal hygiene and high sense of order, proactively keep thing in order & knows to maintain our house in perfect order independently
2. Can be trusted to handle our infant and cat independently where nedded (but not primary responsibility)
3. Manage the household independently eg. helps and plans grocery shopping
4. Can be discreet
