Looking for full-time Filipino helper (Dec Start)

Looking for a Filipino helper with experience who is already working in Singapore. We are a family of 4 from Hong Kong but lived in Singapore for more than 10 years. Wife can speak fluent Tagalog so language is not a problem. We have 2 boys of 18 and 12 years old. They are quite independent and attending international school. All we need is someone who can cook very well without supervision, and do daily house chores like cleaning, washing clothes, ironing, going to market or groceries, and can have self-initiative of organizing things well without supervision.
