Looking for helper – Childcare & Special Needs Support

1. General Household Duties (Primary Scope)

• Cleaning and maintaining a tidy home
• Laundry and ironing
• Cooking simple healthy meals
• Grocery shopping if required
• Maintaining overall household organization

2. Childcare & Supervision (Important Responsibility)

• Ensure close supervision and home safety at all times
• Accompany and monitor my son when at home
• Provide emotional support and patient guidance
• Help reinforce non-aggressive behavior and routine structure
• Assist with simple homework revision or basic tuition guidance
• Limit phone use during working hours (must stay alert)

Helper Requirements

• Mature, calm and emotionally stable
• Very patient but firm when necessary
• Strong sense of responsibility and safety awareness
• Experience with special needs children or caregiving is highly preferred
• Observant and proactive (do not wait to be told everything)
• Good English communication (Mandarin is a plus)
• Not addicted to mobile phone
• Willing to commit long term
