Looking for helper to take care of 3-storey terrace

We are looking for a helper to take care of our 3-storey terrace. Main duties are cleaning, cooking housekeeping, packing, car washing, laundry/ironing and some gardening. We also have a cat.

We are a family of 4, 2 kids are grown ups and independent. We like things clean and neat. The day-to-day routines are the same everyday. We are flexible with using phone and off-days, as long as within agreed routine.

Preferably someone who has good experience in housekeeping and different types of cleaning, working in a landed house before. Love cooking will be an added advantage.
