Looking for empathetic helper to take care of elderly parent

We are a household of three — my elderly parents and myself. The role would primarily involve preparing simple meals, grocery shopping, occasional cleaning, with the main focus on supporting my father, who has mild dementia and requires assistance with daily live matters (such as changing of clothes, accompanying him to daycare centre). In addition, he needs to be accompanied for morning walks on his electric wheelchair during the weekends.

My mother is relatively independent and would mainly need help with meal preparation.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Empathetic and emotionally responsive to the needs of elderly individuals
• Attentive to details
• Able to take initiative and willing to learn
• Self-disciplined and reliable

For your info:

• No night duties
• You will have support from me and my brother and sister-in law who lives nearby, whenever necessary
