Looking for helper who can look after kid with good attitude

We're a easy-going Chinese family with a 5-year old kid. My wife and me are full time working. General housekeeping like vacuum, mop, laundry, wash toilets, general tidiness and cleanliness at home. Sometimes you need to pick up my kid if we are late home. Salary: 1. 700~1000, depending on profile. 2. 6 days off per month and some PH. 3. Separate common room with good view. We treat our helper as a friend and as part of the family! Incentive based on performance yearly. Basic salary at least 10% increase yearly if perform well.
