Looking for helper who can look after kid with good attitude

We're an easy-going Chinese family with 11year old and 7 years old kids. My wife and me are full time working. General housekeeping like vacuum, mop, laundry, wash toilets, general tidiness and cleanliness at home. Sometimes you need to pick up my kid if we are late home. Salary: 1. 500-600, depending on profile. 2. 4 days off per month and some PH. 3. Separate room. We treat our helper as a friend and as part of the family! Incentive based on performance yearly.
