Looking for helper who will love our 2 Shihtzus

We live in Tanglin Hill. Family of 2 adults and 2 shihtzu doggies. Our father lives nearby so must be someone who is kind and patient, as they would be with their own father. Straightforward. Have reference. We would like to be able to speak with previous employer. Preferably someone who has worked consistently atleast 3-4 years in same home, completed contract/s and is leaving as their employers are relocating. Someone who has still a good relationship with previous employer. Our previous helper was with us 16 years then retired and returned to Philippines. We love food, so someone who enjoys cooking and is happy to learn. Can iron men’s work shirts. Is good natured and positive. Salary offered is competitive and we are generous. Once trust builds there is a lot to gain. Give and take both ways. Trust and respect both ways. Politeness. Food - can eat what we eat and also make own. Own room and bathroom. Ability to get on with others, no sense of unnecessary ego or competition. We would like a peaceful and happy atmosphere at home, for everyone 🙏😊
