Looking for Helper

We are a warm, respectful family of three seeking a reliable, full-time domestic helper to support our household. The primary focus of this role is general housekeeping, cooking, and grocery management etc.. We already have an additional helper who looks after our child, so child care will be occasional or as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and order throughout the home (daily housekeeping)
• Prepare meals with an emphasis on Indian vegetarian cuisine
• Plan and manage groceries, shopping, and related errands
• Care for indoor plants and light gardening tasks
• Be proactive in identifying household needs and addressing them independently
• Occasional assistance with child care when requested

Skills and requirements

• Proficiency in English and Hindi (or) Tamil
• Experience with cooking, especially Indian vegetarian dishes
• Strong housekeeping skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable handling grocery shopping and related errands (marketing)
• Basic gardening experience is a plus
• Trustworthy, respectful, and able to treat our home as your own
• Proactive approach and good time-management
