Looking for long term helper

We are an easy going family with flexible schedules. 2 kids 4 and 14. We've had all our helpers so far stay 5years + with us - last helper retired and went back home so now looking for a new person to join our family. We are flexible about most things - want someone who is experienced and can run things independently. Both my husband and I work and kids are in school. We have a small dog who needs walking twice a day. We live in a condo. We eat a mix of vegetarian and also meats. Indian food is primary but only on some days of the week as we also like salads western baked Italian and all other cuisines. Prefer someone who has had experience in working with an Indian family just for the cuisine familiarity as I don't have time to train given we all have busy schedules.
