Looking for Our Next Household Superstar!

We are a French family of four living in a 3-bedroom condo in central Singapore, with two children aged 10 and 6, both attending school.

We are looking for an experienced, reliable and proactive live-in helper who genuinely enjoys looking after a home and children, takes pride in their work and can manage daily responsibilities independently.

🏡 Housekeeping & Organisation

We love a spotless, dust-free and beautifully organised home! You should be fast, efficient, extremely meticulous and have a natural eye for detail, making sure everything is clean, tidy and always returned to its proper place.

You should be confident with laundry and ironing, including delicate fabrics, and take good care of our home, belongings and appliances.

🍽️ Cooking & Household Management

We love good food and are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys cooking!

You should be able to independently prepare a weekly dinner meal plan, suggesting healthy, varied and balanced dishes, and prepare the corresponding grocery shopping list in advance. We handle our regular grocery orders online, so good planning and organisation are essential.

We also occasionally have lunch at home, and we'd love someone who can take the initiative to prepare a delicious, balanced meal without being told what to cook, including going out to buy any missing ingredients when needed.

You should be confident cooking independently, while also being happy to follow recipes when provided.

We enjoy a wide range of cuisines, including Western, Asian, Middle Eastern, Indian and vegetarian dishes. You should also be creative with healthy, nourishing snacks, preferably without added sugar, and comfortable organising and preparing meals for larger dinner parties when we entertain at home.

Experience with a Thermomix and stand mixer is a plus.

You will also be responsible for keeping track of fridge contents, kitchen supplies and household products, anticipating what needs replenishing and ensuring we never run out of essentials. You'll also help coordinate household deliveries and routine maintenance appointments.

💕 Childcare

Our children are both at school, but we are looking for someone who is naturally comfortable with children and genuinely enjoys spending time with them, playing, suggesting activities and organising games and playdates.

You should be able to follow their weekly school and extracurricular schedules, organise school bags, prepare their meals and manage evening routines, including making sure dinner and showers happen on time.

Beyond experience, we value someone who is cheerful, trustworthy, discreet and easy to communicate with.

You should be highly punctual, organised, quick and efficient, able to prioritise your workload, take initiative and anticipate what needs to be done without constant reminders.

We appreciate open communication, a positive attitude towards feedback and someone who knows how to be present and helpful while respecting family time and privacy.

We are a hands-on family and are looking for someone who enjoys working together while being confident managing responsibilities independently.
