Malay family helper

Family of 5. Total 3 grown up kids age 22-20-20. 1 cat. Looking for someone independent, someone who can work without supervision, someone who can manage my kids when I am not around. Husband and I travel frequently. We alternate between 3 homes but helper doesn't need to follow us all the time. Flexible off days if helper can manage duties in a timely fashion. Fixed rest time daily. Prefers someone who likes to cook. Kids are non fussy on food but 3 people have asthma yet there is 1 old cat in the house. Its best if helper can decide if she needs to close room doors to prevent fur from flying around or to vacuum before everyone gets home. Prefers someone who dares do grocery shopping when needed and can make decisions when I am not available. Sharing room with my daughter at main house (unless willing to sleep in a very small room). Own room at the other homes. We are a very flexible family if helper is independent. All I need is home to be cleaned and food already prepared before kids are home. How helper does it or in what order is up to her. If everything is in order, we are open to anything else helper might want. I only have a few strict rules. 1. No phone usage until working completed (except family emergencies) 2. Clear cat fur before cooking 3. House should be cleaned with food prepared before anyone is home 4. Inform group chat before going out in case helper is needed at certain timing 5. Kitchen needs to be cleaned by end of dinner. I don't keep leftovers. I prefer someone who can manage her own time and tasks without instructions as I will not be around most days
