Mixed family looking for a helper to be a part of the family

We are a family of 2+3kids. Both parents work and we need 2 helpers to help with the house. Our existing helper is Filipino. Main duties will be housekeeping, cooking and groceries. With some childcare. We love to try different kinds of foods and hope to find someone who loves to cook who can be a part of our family for the long term.
