Mixed family looking for helper asap

We are a family of three (soon to be four in late June 2024), living in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo, no pets, no plants, no cars. Due to my pregnancy we need someone to help with household chores, cooking and looking after our active 2yo girl in the afternoons when she is not at preschool. we want someone who is discreet and a good self-starter (very important), good English communication skills, good cook (mostly Western, Chinese cuisine a bonus, but at least able to follow recipes well), able to do groceries on her own, able to keep the house clean, and able to entertain herself when not needed in the household (we are relatively low maintenance and do not expect to tell our helper how to spend their time when not needed for household support). she will have her own room and bathroom, new bed, bedding and storage units Possible babysitting needed 1-2 nights weekly and are happy to offer half day off the next day or other ways to settle however as i mentioned we are expecting a new baby arriving in late June, i would appreciate our new helper to understand that we will need quite a bit of help with cleaning/cooking and time with our 2yo in July and August, though we are adamant that my husband and i will look after the newborn. so home visits will need to happen before or after this period
