Mixed race family looking for indonesian helper

We are a mix race family ( western and chinese) with one 15months old baby girl. We dont have elderly and pet in home. We living in a multi-stoery cluster house with nice gardens. 

We are looking for a mature,  kind, hardworking, patient , open-mind helper to join our family, who is a baby lover and good at guiding and take care of a cute but naughty baby girl ( 15months) by all her patient and creative ways. Who is good at housekeeping/cleaning work and stock monitor , who has passion of plants and flowers. Who is a positive and happy person that want to join as a member of this family, to contribute to this family by her kindness.

The job scope is as below: 

• Take care of baby ( 15months) : incharge of baby’s schedule of milk, solid food cooking, diaper change, nap, two showers a day ( morning and night), bedtime if we needs help, accompany and playing with baby. Fetch baby from school if we send baby to pre-school 
• Take care of Balcony and terrace plants/flower 
• Cooking for family 
• Dish washing / Laundry 
• House organize / tidy up 
• General House cleaning, wiping – indoor & outdoor area
• Grocery stock monitor / shopping as required
• Stock expiry monitor and arrange to finish them before expiry 
• Iron clothes as required.
• Wash car 
• Other assist if required 

Based on our expectation, below is the requirements: 

- Good English communication skill , open mind communication. 
- Love kids , patient , good at cooking baby food and guide baby to eat and play / study 

- Good at observation and risk control , (especially for baby to make sure baby is safe and healthy )

-  Hard working, good at housekeeping cleaning works, able to arrange housekeeping job independently by priority and has own schedule , has the mindset for how to improve housekeeping 

- Not using phone for any personal purpose during working hours 

- have experience working in multi stoery house as preference 

-Good at cooking different food, healthy food as priority 

- Love flower and plants, good at plantation and maintenance 

- Open mind for communication, able to take comment and improve herself 

-Open mind for trying different things example trying different food , use different tool as employer suggest 

- Cautious mind both on baby watching job or housing stuff such as energy saving, no waste food or floor/furniture/wall protecting 

- Take initiative and good responsibility on your own work, open discuss with us how we could support you to perform better on your work.

- Respect the boundaries with baby and employer 

- Don’t use phone unless its for urgency or as we request in working hours 

- Considerate mindset for baby, employer and house 

We are open for your age among 34-43 as long as you have a healthy and energic  body.

Your working experience in SG should be minium 4 years. 

Basic monthly salary: $700-750 with two alternative Sunday off and religion PH off only.
