Mixed-Race Family of 3 Looking for an Honest & Loving Helper

We are a mixed-race family with 2 working adults, our 6-year-old daughter and 2 friendly indoor cats. We are looking for a trustworthy, caring and independent live-in helper who truly loves children and enjoys spending time with them. Our daughter is our priority, so we want someone who will make an effort to build a close bond with her, play and talk with her, be patient and care for her. We do not want someone who only watches her or treats childcare as just another household duty.

Other main duties include cooking daily meals for the family, keeping the house clean and tidy, laundry and ironing, going grocery shopping independently, and simple care for our cats. As Sir and Madam both work full-time, we need someone who can manage her work independently without always being told or reminded what to do. Cleanliness is very important to us, so you should pay attention to details and notice what needs to be cleaned or done.

Most importantly, you must be honest and trustworthy. We understand that everyone makes mistakes, but you must always tell us the truth and communicate openly. Please do not lie or take advantage of our kindness and trust.

In return, we will provide a respectful and supportive home. You will have your own bedroom, share a bathroom with Madam and our daughter, and have all Sundays and Singapore Public Holidays off. We hope to find someone who wants to stay with one family for a long time and values honesty, responsibility, kindness and respect.

You must be comfortable with us contacting your previous employer (by phone call) for our reference check. We prefer someone who can transfer directly to us without going back to their home country first.
