Mixed Singaporean Western family with 2 teenage children

We are a family of four seeking an experienced and reliable domestic helper. The ideal candidate is organised, proactive, and able to manage household tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cooking

Daily preparation of Chinese and Singaporean home-style meals.

Ability to plan, prepare, and serve balanced family dishes.

Willingness to learn additional cuisines. We will provide guidance where needed.

2. Household Management

Daily cleaning of a large apartment, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living areas.

Regular deep-cleaning tasks (e.g., fridge, oven, windows, storage areas).

Laundry and ironing, ensuring clothes are well maintained.

3. Marketing / Groceries

Independent grocery shopping for fresh ingredients and household essentials.

Ability to manage stock, avoid waste, and keep the kitchen well-organised.

4. Other Expectations

Good personal hygiene, honesty, and attention to detail.

Ability to follow instructions and work without constant supervision.

Respectful attitude towards children and family routines.

Requirements

Prior experience as a domestic helper, preferably with families in Singapore.

Good understanding of Chinese and Singaporean cooking or willingness to learn.

Basic English communication skills.

Available to start end of January 2026.
