Newborn and 5 years old

We are looking for a helper who can take care of our new born and 5 years old. Main responsibility is household chores, baby care and kids support including taking our kids to playdates and afterschool activities. Cooking and cleaning is another responsibility. We want a person who is good at cleaning. Looking for a person who can build up long term relationship.
