About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated, flexible, and energetic helper to join our family. We have one toddler who is the center of our home. He attends preschool 3 days a week, which provides a great balance for the right candidate to manage both childcare and the household.

Key Responsibilities:

• Childcare : Part care for our son on days he is home. This includes a 6:00 AM start, preparing meals, and engaging play.

• House Management: On the 3 days he is in preschool, we expect the helper to take initiative with deep cleaning, laundry, and organizing so the home runs smoothly.

• Routine: We need someone who is comfortable with a 6:00 AM – 8:30 PM routine (with plenty of rest breaks during the day while the child is at school or napping).

What We Are Looking For:

• The Right Mindset: We need someone who doesn't just "count hours," but takes pride in keeping a happy home and a safe environment for a child.

• Initiative: Someone who can manage their own time during the 3 preschool days without needing constant lists.

• Reliability: Since our son is an early riser, we need a helper who prioritizes being well-rested and ready for a 6:00 AM start.

• References: We will only consider candidates with excellent references from previous employers in Singapore.
