Family Helper Position – Singapore

We are an Italian family of five living in Singapore, with three children aged 4 to 10. Both parents have demanding jobs and travel frequently, so we are looking for a reliable, proactive, and trustworthy helper to support our household.

Our current helper has been with us for five years and is returning to her home country. She has been a valued part of our family, and we hope to find someone who will also become a trusted member of our home.

Main ResponsibilitiesThe majority of the role (around 90%) focuses on housekeeping and home organization + a lot of cooking including:

- Maintaining a very high standard of cleanliness- Deep and exceptional cleaning, which should be self-managed and planned proactively- Keeping the house well organized and tidy at all times- Laundry, ironing, and general household chores- Being proactive in maintaining the home, passionate about order

Light children Support- Some support with the children will also be required:- Occasional school pick-ups and drop-offs, a couple of times per week- Light supervision when needed- Ensuring daily routines run smoothly

Cooking- Food is very important in our household. As Italians, we love cooking and eating well.

Cooking responsibilities include:- Preparing breakfast and two meals per day- Using our Thermomix for most cooking- following simple family recipes- preparing sourdough bread every few daysExamples of meals we regularly enjoy:- lasagne, gnocchi, and pasta dishes- Grilled meat or baked/grilled fish- roasted or baked vegetables, soups, and healthy meals- Breakfast items like pancakes, waffles, banana bread, and muffins- homemade sushi
