Looking for full time helper

We are a loving and busy household seeking a hardworking, emotionally stable, and genuinely child-loving full-time helper to join our family. You will be primarily responsible for the safety, well-being, and emotional development of our three young children (two toddlers and one infant). This role is demanding and dynamic, and it requires someone with strength, patience, and a sincere passion for childcare. Key Responsibilities: Childcare (Main Priority): • Supervise and care for three children under the age of 3 • Create a safe, clean, and nurturing environment at all times • Engage the children in meaningful play, storytelling, singing, and learning activities • Support toddlers’ growth through gentle discipline, teaching, and developmental guidance • Attend to daily routines: feeding, diapering, bathing, dressing, and putting children to sleep • Respond with calmness and compassion during tantrums, conflicts, or stressful situations Household Responsibilities (Secondary Priority): • Daily cleaning and tidying of common areas and children’s rooms • Laundry and ironing (especially children’s clothes) • Meal preparation, including simple and healthy toddler meals • Grocery list support and organization of household items Requirements: • Experience caring for multiple young children, preferably infants and toddlers • Emotionally strong and able to stay calm under pressure • Must enjoy spending time with children — playing, guiding, and teaching • High level of patience, responsibility, and energy • Physically fit and able to handle a fast-paced environment • Clean, organized, and able to manage daily routines • Trustworthy, honest, and respectful of family values • Willing to follow guidance but also capable of independent decision-making when needed Working Conditions: • Live-in role with own sleeping space • Working hours primarily during the day, with a structured rest period at night • You will be supported and treated as part of the family, but expected to take your duties seriously • We understand this job is not easy — and we value a helper who is strong-minded, loyal, and truly dedicated to growing with us ⸻ If you are someone who finds joy in guiding and nurturing children, and who can rise to the challenge of caring for three little ones with love and strength — we would love to hear from you.
