Singaporean Chinese family looking for domestic helper

FAMILY PROFILE - Married couple in their 30s, working professionals - 1 grandma who looks after the children - 2 kids - 4 and 1 year old (no direct child care needed, only to help cook and clean for the children, only occasional child care if requested by Sir and Ma’am) - Family values privacy and clear boundaries - it means you get your privacy too (but if you like to hang out with your employers, this is not the job for you) - Family also prioritises manners - we will treat you with politeness and kindness (eg greeting you in the morning), and we expect the same in our household JOB SCOPE - Flexible working hours based on employers’ needs, but a typical day generally starts at 7am, ends at 9pm (with 2h rest in the middle of the day) - Cooking 3 meals a day (Chinese, Singaporean, Japanese, Western cuisine) - Cleaning (3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in River Valley - daily cleaning) - Laundry and ironing - Supermarketing (to seek approval from Sir and Ma’am before buying) - Make your own schedule, as long as you finish your work - Take instruction via WhatsApp OTHERS - Free use of phone, as long as your work is done and you are responsive to requests to help/ when called - You will have your own room and toilet - Flexibility to rest if your work is completed - 2 Sundays off a month - Annual performance bonus possible, with good performance - Paid trip home once every two years - Family prioritises boundaries - ie no carrying of children unless instructed by Sir/Maam/Grandma, no access to cabinets or wardrobes unless specifically marked WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS - Ready to commit for at least 4 years - Independent, intelligent and respectful worker who can manage her own schedule and takes initiative - Pleasant, polite and cooperative - Open to criticism and feedback - Honest and does not create problems (we will not tolerate any dishonest behaviour)
