Singaporean Chinese Family Looking for Good Helper

We are a family of 7 in five-room HDB flat in the west. 4 adults who are parents and grandparents of 3 kids (8yo girl, 6yo boy, 4yo girl). Everyone is independent, except sometimes need to supervise the 4yo when eating. Prefer to have someone who loves cooking and keeping the house neat and clean. Main job is prepare kids for school, cook for lunch and dinner, and housework. May need to send and fetch the kids sometimes (walk to nearby school).
