Family looking for helper with direct hiring

We are a Chinese family of 4 with 2 kids (3 yo & 5 mths old). Looking for a helper with direct hiring (no agency).   We are very hands on with our kids ourselves, so the main responsibilities will be to take care of housework such as cleanliness, cooking, laundry etc.   Preferred: English proficiency Experience with kids         Thank you
