Singaporean Chinese family of 3 looking for Helper

Job Description

We are a family of three (two adults and a newborn) living in a three-storey home in Singapore, seeking a reliable, trustworthy, and experienced live-in domestic helper.

 

Main Duties:

1. Infant Care (Primary duty)

Caring for a 2-month-old baby, including night feeds where needed (please note that sleep may be interrupted for night duties). Baby sleeps with mother for now and mother is doing night feeds. This arrangement may change once mother goes back to work.

Bathing, changing, feeding, and ensuring baby’s safety and comfort.

Engaging with baby in age-appropriate activities.

2. Household Management

General cleaning and upkeep of a three-storey home.

Laundry, ironing, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

3. Cooking

Preparing healthy meals for two adults and, eventually, for the baby when ready for solids.

Grocery shopping and meal planning as required.

 

Requirements & Expectations:

Prior experience with infant care is essential.

Honest, reliable, and responsible individual.

No taking photos or videos of the house, baby, or family members.

Respectful of family privacy and household rules.

Willing to learn and adapt to family routines.

We have two low maintenance pet cats. No showering or walking needed. 

 

What We Provide:

Competitive salary (negotiable based on experience).

Comfortable live-in accommodation and meals.

Monthly / Weekly rest day (to be discussed). Preference for one off day a month to begin with, flexible to increase off day after 6 months.
