Singaporean Family looking for direct hire helper

Hi we are looking for a transfer helper to join our family available from now. Looking for cheerful and committed helpers for long term employment whom we will treat as part of our family.

Must be able to communicate well in English, patient and proactive to bond with kids, good hygiene and cleaniness level, and willing to care for dog.

Prefer face to face interview at our place so that we can explain the scope and manage expectations from both sides.

Prefer Filipino between the age of 26-37yo. Experience and willing to working in landed house.

We stay in a 4 story landed condo, 5 rooms and 4 toilets. Helper has her own room and an attached toilet with full privacy at basement.

Local Chinese Family of 4 - 2 adults, 2 kids age 7yo boy and 12yo girl, and a medium dog (Poodle cross).

Compensation can be discussed based on experience, with 4 Sundays off and 2 Christian PHs. 

Brief job scope:

• Dog care: Feed & walk the dog 3x a day, shower once a week.
• Must be able to do grocery, plan meals and cook a variety of food independently (Lunch for kids mainly and dinner for all daily). Experience in Chinese and western cooking preferred. 
• Prepare kids for school in the morning and help to fetch kids from primary school with mrt and bus.
• Child minding during school days to make sure they complete their homework. Don’t need to sit with them just watch over to make sure they do their tasks. 
• Proficient and detailed in cleaning, laundry & steaming of clothes and overall household tidying and up keeping.
