Singaporean family looking for helper

We are a Singaporean-Hong Kong Chinese family. 

Our family consists of 2 adults, 1 elderly and 2 toddlers. 

We take care of the toddlers ourselves, but require assistance on the followings: 1) Household chores & housekeeping 2) Requires assistance at times on child caring such as steaming food, preparing the water for bath time. Supervise and play with the toddlers when adults are having meals, cooking or in the toilets etc. 3) Accompany us in our car to pick up the toddlers from school and assist us during outings. 4) Grocery shopping or marketing is needed but most will be ordered online and be delivered. 5) Cooking is required. 6) Car wash is required.
