👶 Baby Care

• Baby care is the main priority.
• Must genuinely have a heart for babies and enjoy caring for, interacting and playing with baby.
• Patient, attentive and gentle.
• Able to follow baby’s routines and care instructions responsibly.
• Comfortable working together with Grandma, who comes over to help care for baby when parents are at work.

🏠 Household & Cooking

• Reliable with household chores and able to work independently without constant supervision.
• Keep the home clean, tidy and organised.
• Able to cook simple, healthy family meals and willing to learn.

💬 Attitude & Communication

• Positive and teachable mindset.
• Able to accept correction and feedback respectfully and make improvements.
• Responsible, honest and communicates well.
