Singaporean family looking for helper

We are a Singaporean Indian family looking for a kind, trustworthy and responsible helper to join our family. We have an 8-month-old baby boy and are looking for someone who would genuinely enjoy caring for a baby and being part of a warm family environment.

We are looking for someone who can:

• Manage household chores (general cleaning, bathrooms, laundry, etc.)
• Assist with the baby (no experience is ok, as long as willing to learn, friendly and takes initiative)
• Assist with cooking (Eventually manage the cooking. There is a household cookbook provided for the meals we frequently eat. Again no experience is ok, as long as willing to learn, and take initiative)
• Speak basic English

For us, personality and attitude are very important. We are looking for someone who is:

• Kind and gentle, especially with our baby
• Clean and takes pride in keeping the home tidy
• Proactive and able to take initiative without needing to be told every little thing
• Trustworthy and responsible
• Respectful towards our family and our home
• Willing to learn and open to feedback
• Positive, patient and flexible
• Able to manage responsibilities independently, as both of us work

Prior infant-care experience is not essential. We are happy to teach someone who has the right attitude and is genuinely willing to learn.

We are hoping to find someone who can grow with our family over time. In return, we want to provide a warm, respectful and comfortable home where there is mutual trust and understanding.
