Singaporean family of 2 looking for helper to start in July

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Domestic Helper to join our household. This full-time position involves:

• Housekeeping for a landed 2.5-storey home, two adults.
• Gardening, car washing and laundry.

• Minimal cooking, as we primarily dine out; however, you will be required to prepare one or two simple dishes for dinner on some weekdays.

Experience Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of experience working in Singapore, preferably with some degree of experience with elderly care. While the individual under your care is currently independent and mobile, your assistance during certain outings will enhance their safety and comfort.

Salary and Off Days:

Compensation and days off are negotiable based on your experience. We provide a private room for the helper, and we appreciate individuals who can operate independently.

Home Visits:

We prefer candidates who are flexible with home visits and can defer their trips home to every few years, or break them into shorter visits. Shorter but more frequent visits are probably feasible if you live closer to Singapore like in Batam.

You will be compensated accordingly ie pay in lieu of home leave.

Current Situation:

The candidate must be currently residing in Singapore, and we will need to coordinate with your current employer, who is open to facilitating a transfer in July. Specific transfer dates to be discussed further.
