Singaporean Malay/Muslim family looking for Muslim helper

Our family consists of a couple with two elderly mothers and two cats.

One mother needs more care as she is wheelchair-bound, while the other visits occasionally. Wheelchair-bound mother requires assistance in getting up from bed, to sit, transfer to wheelchair, transport etc and vice versa. She requires diaper change 1-2 times at night.

Other duties include daily cooking, house-keeping and house-cleaning, changing food and litter of cats, laundry, etc.

 

We are looking for helpers who are experienced, mature, honest and patient. We are a family consisting of husband and wife, 2 elderly mothers, and 2 cats. Main duties:• Caring for a mother who is wheelchair-bound, including helping to get out of bed, transfer to a wheelchair, toilet, train, etc. and vice versa.• Helping with personal needs and changing diapers, including 1-2 times at night.• Cooking daily meals (once a day).• Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the house (vacuum, etc.)• Laundry and other household chores.• Taking care of 2 cats, including food and litter box. We usually hold religious classes at home every Saturday (11.30-1pm) and Sunday (8-10.30pm). Helpers are expected to help prepare the house before class and clean the house after class. On Sunday, halfway through class, the helper has to accompany the mother in a wheelchair to the religious class at the mosque near the house (9.30-2pm). ➡️ If the day is the helper's holiday, of course this task is not necessary. Several important provisions:• Helpers must maintain the 5 daily prayers.• Must wear the hijab when there are non-mahram men in the house, including Sir.• Must be patient and gentle in dealing with elderly mothers.• Must be honest, trustworthy, responsible and able to follow house rules.• Must be able to work independently after being given directions.• Only use cellphones during breaks, after taking care of mother and the house, and for the need to contact us or the mothers if necessary. Salary: S$650–725/month.Holiday: 1–2 days a month.Bed: Shared room with mother in wheelchair. Barakallah feekum.
