Single mom with full time job

We are a structured and organized household looking for a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented live-in domestic helper to support our home. I work full-time and have a 10-year-old child. We are very particular about cleanliness and cooking standards, so we need someone who takes pride in maintaining a high level of hygiene, order, and quality in daily routines. The helper will be responsible for the full upkeep of the household, daily meals, groceries, and supporting childcare. Sundays are off.

Responsibilities

• Full household cleaning and maintenance to a high standard (daily and weekly routines): floors, bathrooms, kitchen, dusting, tidying, organizing, and keeping the home consistently neat and structured.

• Cooking: prepare healthy meals (especially for the child and family), meal planning, kitchen hygiene, food storage, and cleaning up after cooking.

• Grocery shopping and household supplies: plan and manage groceries, purchase daily/weekly items, track stock levels, and ensure the kitchen and home are well supplied.

• Laundry and ironing: washing, drying, folding, ironing, and proper care of clothing and household linens.

• Childcare support for a 10-year-old: supervise routines, help prepare meals/snacks, ensure a safe and calm environment, support school-day routines as needed.

• Additional childcare coverage during my business travel (as required): support the child’s routine and ensure proper care and supervision when I am away.

• General household organization: follow our structured system, maintain order, and communicate clearly about schedules, needs, and any issues.

I am looking for someone

• Strong experience in housekeeping and cooking in a private household.

• Very high standards for cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail.

• Trustworthy, responsible, calm, and proactive (able to work independently and plan tasks).

• Good hygiene practices and safe food handling.

• Comfortable caring for a school-age child and supporting routines.

• Good communication and willingness to follow household preferences and checklists.
